Delano\u00eb, Mayor of Paris, France with the ambition of reducing car ownership.<\/p>\n<p>A Ferris-wheel-like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/125832\/bike-hanger-manifesto\/\">bike hanger 787 Dreamliner<\/a>,\u00a0by Boeing Aircraft, Illinois, USA.\u00a0 It\u00a0only gets 100 passenger miles per gallon, though.<\/p>\n<p>Pipistrel\u00a0 is up against distinguished competition, and
