Thank you for your interest in EAS 2016. To sign up for the conference, please complete the electronic registration below. We look forward to seeing you there!

Conference Registration Package

The conference hours are Thursday, May 19th 1:00 - 5:30 and Friday, May 20th 8:00 - 4:30. The Thursday night dinner will begin at 6:30. Please note that your registration includes all of the daytime sessions on Thursday and Friday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Friday, and admission to the VIP reception at Maker Faire on Friday evening.

The current registration rate is $550..

Student Rate

Full time students may register for the conference at a reduced rate.

Thursday Dinner

We hope you will also join us for our dinner on Thursday night. This is a wonderful opportunity to continue the conversations you have begun during the daytime sessions, as well as enjoy a delicious meal and an outstanding keynote address. We will be announcing our keynote speaker in the coming weeks. When you register for the conference you may purchase a dinner ticket for the reduced price of $100. You may purchase an additional guest ticket at the same price.

Dinner Only Tickets

If you are not attending the conference you may purchase tickets to the dinner only for $200.

Maker Faire

All conference attendees are also invited to the VIP reception at Maker Faire immediately after the conference closes on Friday afternoon. This is a joint event with Maker Faire, and is open only to EAS 2016 attendees and Maker Faire VIPs.

Please call the Marriott Waterfront reservation number and tell them that you are attending the CAFE Foundation event. We have arranged for the lowest available rates.
